Jesus is Bathalà?

From my perspective: We, the Filipino people, believe in Bathala, whom I have been embracing as the one, true God all my life. But what transported me from the realm of the flesh to the realm of the Spirit was the Spirit’s regenerating work that united me with Jesus Christ by faith.

So, ever dearest Filipino siblings, Bathala is unum Deum in Trinitate, et Trinitatem in unitate (“one God in Trinity, and Trinity in unity”, Athanasian Creed).
