I was honored and privileged to preach on Acts 2:42-47 via Skype during the 2nd anniversary of our mission congregation in Iligan City, Mindanao, Philippines.

Because of Christ’s life, death, resurrection, ascension, rule, and intercession, God the Father sent the Holy Spirit to build His New Testament Church.  By His enabling grace and power alone, God’s renewed people “devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers… And the Lord added to their number day by day those who were being saved.”  To God’s word, fellowship, prayer, and outreach, let us devote ourselves, trusting and relying on the Lord to cause and enable us.
