It is always a joy, privilege, and blessing for me to spend time (no matter how brief) and encourage budding, young servant-leaders of local churches.  Normally, I simply remind them that the goal is for each and everyone of us to remain faithful in doctrine, the Christian life, and the ministry.  That can only happen if, by the Holy Spirit’s grace and power, we keep feeding ourselves on the gospel and God’s word, stay close to and keep walking with Jesus, work and serve in reliance to and by practicing the living presence and power of the Spirit, and never give up in the work of the Lord.
