Despite our sinfulness and rebellion, God mercifully and graciously fulfilled His promise to send the Messiah in order to establish His kingdom on earth and save us. To be saved, we need to repent. We need to turn away from sin and turn to Jesus alone for salvation. (Mark 1:1–5; Matthew 3:2)
