Practical first step:

Move all “Blancos” and puppets of “Blancos” out of every platform of formation — pulpit, classroom, boardroom, and ministry — and into the pew, so they can be made alive, healed, and filled;

and our kids and families rescued and protected from lyncher demons (literal).
