The earliest Christians were not casually religious, distracted, consumeristic, or drifting with the culture.

They were mightily persevering in the apostles’ teaching, and the fellowship, the breaking of the bread, and the prayers.

Christians do not need less Scripture, less prayer, less communion, or less gospel fellowship.

We need holy endurance.

We need Spirit-empowered perseverance.

We need to return to the apostolic pattern.

May the Holy Spirit fill and empower us all to live and serve Jesus Messiah, His gospel, and His kingdom with mighty, unwavering perseverance.
