I am slave of isa al-masih (Jesus messiah), and have been serving him as a pastor and church planter since 1998.
Vision:
A family of house churches that will serve as a training and sending base for church planting teams to unreached peoples in key cities of the United States and worldwide
Mission:
To build friendships, evangelize, make disciples, and plant house churches among the unreached
As the founder and I-don’t-know 😉 of Open Eyes Mission, I planted 6 churches in “open” Roman Catholic communities, trained and deployed 2 church planting teams in unreached areas, trained hundreds of pastors and missionaries in 11 cities/towns all over the Philippines, served more than 1,000 children-at-high-risk and their families, and developed relief, rehabilitation, counseling, and Bible study ministries to more than 3,000 survivors of killer typhoons. And as Northern Mindanao Director for Asian Center for Missions (ACM), I trained more than 135 Filipino missionaries and facilitated the deployment of more than 50 of my trainees to restricted-access countries in Asia.
Today, through multimedia and internet-based tools, I continue, grossly imperfect beyond words as I am, to provide leadership, teaching, and ministry to two new church plants in two different regions of the Philippines; mentoring to one new church planter in Manila; and training in theology and ministry for all Christian churches worldwide ;D
Moreover, I have been leading the pursuit and accomplishment of From SF to All Humanity Evangelism and Church Planting Plan. To be equipped for and to accomplish this new and greater vision, my family and I moved in 2015 to Dyer, IN, where I completed the Master of Theological Studies (MTS) program at Mid-America Reformed Seminary (MARS).
On January 26, 2018, I pioneered an evangelism and church planting mission in Chicago. At the same time, I have also been undertaking the Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) program at Trinity International University / Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, IL.
Presently, I am studying Psychology at Berkeley City College, serving as a caregiver, and co-leading a community group at Reality SF.
