I am deeply saddened to learn upon arriving here in Cebu this morning that, due to continuing anarchic conditions, the mission to setup a tent hospital in Tacloban City has been called off. The team will travel to Ormoc tomorrow and serve there instead.

Looting 2In Tacloban City, two big stores, a Red Cross truck and a government rice warehouse have been looted.
