The joint-service of Kagay-an Reformed Church and Balulang Christian Alliance Fellowship was packed with members of the 2 churches and also with those of a community Bible study led by Open Eyes Mission partner-trainee Ernnel Tacandong. Once again, it was my utmost joy and privilege to minister God’s word to His people.

But he was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his wounds we are healed. (Isaiah 53:5)

He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed. (1 Peter 2:24)
