The church ought to be the communion of flippin’ friends. Although some deny their need to be flipp’d over and resist all flippin’ help, they ought not to discourage us. There are more than a handful in the Lord’s household who admit their need and seek help. To them we ought to be loving, patient, committed and persevering flippin’ friends.
And we ourselves ought to be ones who admit our need to be flipp’d over and seek flippin’ help. The church ought to be the communion of flippin’-needing-and-seeking saints who are one another’s flippin’ friends.
