Training More Students to Reach Muslims

2016-04-05 20.01.05-1On April 5, I had the joy and privilege of teaching “A Ministry of Mercy: Sharing Christ to Muslims” to more student leaders of the InterVarsity Christian Fellowship (IVCF) at Purdue University Calumet, where more than 80 Middle-Easterners are studying.

2016-04-05 20.29.12-3Please pray that the Lord would open more opportunities for me to teach and help mobilize churches and ministries to be more committed and intentional in reaching and evangelizing Muslims in the U.S., the Philippines, and all over the world.

“Right now, there are about 75,000 students from Saudi Arabia, a country closed to missionaries and the Gospel. This opens a mission field to us like never before. We now have untold opportunities to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with foreigners here in the USA who previously could only be reached by long-term missionaries…

“Right now, one fourth to one half of the future leaders of the world are on American campuses. The greatest potential for world evangelism lies in the international students studying in America. God has truly brought the whole world to our doorstep. This is one of God’s most effective strategies for world evangelism.”

– Global Frontier Missions

“God is at work and has brought more foreign students to college campuses in the United States than to any other nation.  We respond to God’s work and obey God’s Word by welcoming students from all nations and equipping kingdom ambassadors for Christ’s worldwide church.” – Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) Reformed University Fellowship

“Our vision is to see international students come to faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, that they might be built up in faith to serve him joyfully during their college years, and when they return they will reach their home countries and the world with the Gospel. Through leadership development here and friendships with local Christians, international students can find help developing a strategy to reach their home for Christ. They can be used by God to make disciples of all nations as His ambassadors to the world.” – IVCF U.S.A.
